HOW TO SHOP ONLINE?

Once you're done shopping, checking out is simple and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Cart" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update cart" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

HOW DO I CHECKOUT?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the checkout button in your shopping cart.

DO YOU HAVE SIZING INFORMATION?

We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. We have also added size charts to every product in the product detail page. Reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

WHEN AM I RECEIVING MY ORDER?

Orders can take up to two weeks (3-5 business days in Canada, up to 2 weeks to the U.S./worldwide) depending on availability and the level of labour intensity for the purchased item/s.

NOTE: LOST IN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES THAT MAY BE INCURRED UPON DELIVERY  

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

All sales are FINAL. We accept exchanges, if items are damaged in transit. Please review your purchases before placing an order. Also please verify your full address is correct before placing the order. We will not be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item or for items that are lost due to incorrect address information. The responsibility will be that of the purchaser. 

We will accommodate an exchange on a case-by-case basis. To be considered for a exchange, please email us within 48 hrs of receiving the product at contactus@shoplostin.com

If an exchange is permitted, items must be returned un-worn, un-washed and with original packaging/tags and a proof of purchase.  Any exchanges will be exchanged for an item of equal value. All sale/discount items will not be exchangeable / refundable.

*** Please note that for exchanges due to faulty merchandise, shipping charges will not be refunded.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged on all orders where taxes apply. Please refer to the sales tax rate in your location.

We try our best to keep quantity on hand. However, you can email us anyways; we will try our best to accommodate you!
